Technology Requirements
• 2 x 77 inch SMARTBoards (1 wall mounted 685ix Gen4 or dual touch, 1 moveable)
• 2 sets of CPS sets from e-instruction
• 20 super-user laptops with Deepfreeze or similar product to ensure they return to original, Mohawk configuration
• 2 x instructor super-user laptops for hook-up with SMARTBoards with Deepfreeze or similar product to ensure they return to original, Mohawk configuration
• 40 mini-pcs with Deepfreeze or similar product to ensure they return to original, Mohawk configuration
• recharge station/docks for mini-pcs
• Whiteboards (with magnetic surface)
• 2 x SMART room presentation carts/podium
Furnishings
• 8 or 10 CTL puddle tables on casters (seating for 32 – 64 or 40 – 80)
• 40 caster chairs
• 40 pod stools (can fit under table when not in use)
• 2 x storage units that double as extra workspace
• 12 stools for extra seating at storage units/extra workspace

Reasoning
• Tried to keep things – both technology and furnishings – flexible for movement and multiple uses (tech-light, tech-heavy, individual, group, …)
• Layout accommodates many group types: one large class, two smaller classes, multiple small groups, small or large presentations
• Note: multiple entry points may not be possible, but there is a natural walkway along the left hand side of the front room to get to the rear room if divided. Yes, timing of classes or presentations may still be an issue!
